Please take a moment to complete the poll to estimate the demand for the 2008 Fats jerseys. If you are going to order an XL just check the L. We just need a rough number for our supplier, Thanks.

Depends on the design. The tie dye didn't really do it for me.

Anyone interested in Argyle?

A predominately black jersey with a more geometric design, it is still in the early stages. If we reach the required amt of club cut jerseys we will offer the freeride as well

This Fifth Annual Jersey is the primary fund raiser for the club. The funds raised along with membership dues go to good causes. I am pleased to report that we are in the process of purchasing 30 new mountain bikes and 30 helmets which will be donated to Social Services for distribution to kids for the holidays. This matches the 30 bikes we purchased and donated last year.

Club members in attendance at our November monthly meeting heard the request for input into the jersey design for 2008. There will be additional opportunities to contribute ideas relative to the design, trim colors etc. Active members seem to have a louder voice.

Regardless, there's not too many places where you can get a jersey for the price that we put out there, and I have to say that the designs of the past four, in my opinion, have been great. And again, all this has been done by people who have stepped up to the plate and volunteered to do this on their own time.

Thanks Leotio! I liked last years design the best so far. If I have the option, I would order the free ride Jersey. I prefer the loose fit but either way I will be ordering one. Perhaps we could get the Fats logo done in graffiti. How sweet would that be? Wink

Absolutely Tim, would love to have you on the Jersey. We have a builder and a plumber. A housepainter would be perfect, no need to look in the yellow pages. Any electricians out there?

For people expressing interest in a Freeride Jersey, I just wanted to point out that we will need to have 51 pre-paid orders for club cut jerseys in order to get the volume discount which makes this fundraiser work for the club. At that point, we can then commit to pre-paid orders for Freeride Jersey which is another popular option which did come out very nice last year.

Nice suggestion on exploring the Fats logo done in graffiti, Bikejunkie! On black, could be awesome. Could be another classic in the making this year.

Sorry lambchop, Verge dosen't offer wool. Perhaps we can find another supplier in the future if the demand is great enough. In the meantime I'm sure that the farm behind ewe might have some sheep, sorry about the baaaad joke.

Sorry about the delay regarding sponsorships. In all fairness we are letting past sponsors have the first opportunity to renew their spot on the jersey. If there any past sponsors who do not wish to renew their spots we will accept sponsors on a first come first serve basis with Pedaler being the 1st as evidenced by his request on this forum.
