Perhaps it's not totally clear, but the issue at hand is conduct on our forum, not whether a topic stays on topic in the "off topic" forum.

No Kevin its not clear. Is someone's conduct having to be deleted that the rest of us cant see?
It may be enlightening to learn why conversation by a bunch of people brought together by bikes needs to be snuffed.

As our President has mentioned in the past, all features and information on our website is open to the public including our forum threads, maps, etc...making us visible to anyone in the world (DEC, County Agencies, Future Members?). Can't we all just get along?

Just FYI, here is what you agreed to when you signed up for the forums...

Thanks for bringing the Code of Conduct to everyone's attention Bill.

We do reserve the right to edit or delete any posting or ban any user. When this happens, it is typical for us to notify that user privately.

This Forum is a place for you to post and discuss things related to the Fats in the Cats Bicycle Club and cycling. You do have the chance to tell us (and each other) what you think about in terms of your related interests. But with some off topics, think about this, are you in the correct forum? Please make the correct choice before starting a new Topic Thread. It is in everybody's best interest if you keep your posts to the correct forums. Useless threads can be closed without explanation.
