Anyone doing this race? I originally was planning on it...but now I'm leaning towards attending as a spectator...

Did anyone race this? What type of turnout did they have? Id imagine the conditions HAD to be less muddy than the race that was held there in the spring. Anyone take any pix?

I raced, the other Rice raced it and another Fats named Dave raced it.
The younger Rice DNF'd the older DFL. Dave flatted in the first lap but caught me in the last mile to take second in Sport Master.

Conditions:
Great! Tad cold at the poorly executed start, but not too much grease on the course. I walked the greasy looking downhill gag between the rocks but everything else was rideable for the fit.

I'm sorry to hear that the start was poorly executed, and now I remember my Mom telling me, "If you don't have something nice to say..."

So I hope you had a great time, Steve!

Does anyone know for sure what's happening with Williams Lake? Ive heard it was sold........Ive heard developers bought it and will turn the whole area into condo's. Is this true? If only I had some money. That place could have been promoted as a mtn bike, cross country resort.......
