Anyone interested in a ride tonight - Oct 19th. Going up to do Shaupeneak Ridge which is about 10 min. south of Kingston on 9W. We got singletrack, a sweet technical downhill, rocks.... all the things you want in a ride. Ride will roll about 5:30, will be out until about 8. Lights are needed.
Beam me an email if interested at [email protected]. |

Hey, you guys missed a really fun ride last night. Started with a nice road warmup followed by a long road climb to get the heart pumpin'. Then it was into the loggy singletrack of Shaupeneak Ridge. The trails were a lot of fun and a little hard to find. Lights came on at about 6:15 before we whizzed down the techy descent back to Rt. 209. Then it was into Black Creek for another fun descent down to the Hudson River. We hung out there for a bit watching the boats go by (well we would have if there were any boats going by). Then a nice lung buster climb back out.
Thanks for leading Pete! |

Sounds fun, I'll have to join in another time. With this rain today, it looks like I'll have to hold off on riding 'till tomorrow.
