I rode 909 at around 1:30 yesterday on my Surly hardtail with 2.4 inch tires, and it wasn't that good at all!! Would have been ok with fat tires probably but it was 38 degrees when I got there so the snow was soft enough I kept digging in. In hindsight I probably should have started riding mid morning when it was still below freezing temps. _________________ Stay Upright my friends....

Did downstate get the projected snow? I was hoping to ride in that direction tomorrow, I have to drive to Jersey. |
