For all you seasoned Jockey riders!

Could you help me put together a beginner ride at Jockey for a newbie? Trying not to scar them away!

I look over the map and I can't put it together in my head.

Thanks
Ryan

I would ride out the road, do the double-track climb up mushroom, down mushroom singletrack...then see how they are feeling. I think that would be about 4 miles and would give them a good warm up on the road before hitting any singletrack. If they are still feeling good, maybe ride the road back to Guanania and then down Kneecap?
