I have a brand new Maxxis High Roller that on my second ride I put two parallel 1/2" tears along the side wall! OUCH! Being super cheap I set out to repair it and had great luck with RTV Silicone gasket maker and some thin webbing that I cut into patches.

The RTV silicone stands up to the solvent in the tubeless sealant and also was able to adhere to the outer sidewall, which Maxxis treats to make it super slick so it stands up to rock scrapes....

Shocked

A standard patch from a patch kit and crazy glue works too.

So the problem with cyanoacrylate (crazy glue) is that I have had it fail with sidewall repairs due to its inflexibility. Its great because it resists the solvent in the tubeless sealant though. The RTV Silicon is flexible and so far, I have had luck with it using both plugs and patches. The webbing that I had used failed because it wasn't flexible enough.
