How 'bout Onteora Lake at 9:00 Good Buddy (that term's an insult)? Watch out for the gumball machines on Rt. 28.

I'm a gonna pass on those 2 options (I rode JH last week) & I need more tech than Beebe offers.
So far I have a vote for Ninham. Or, I really want to climb to North Lake before the trail fills with leaves.
I dont think Farrington Woods is big enough for my 4 hr fix, thx tho.

Ninham is less likely due to the wet techy.
Beebe Hill in my experience doesnt drain well.
North Lake is still appealing, but also local or Fahnestock.
Listening to ideas, will know early evening.

I vote for a ~3O min drive such as Ninham, Fahnstock, Michael Ciaiola Conservation Area.

I would not recommend Ninham after this rain. Way too sketchy with all the rocks.

we'll likely go aumick rd, connect to lippmann/lundy, then back through minne. Carriage roads are good for draining...upper parts will of course be wet but not dangerous.

Farrington is in great shape. Our trail ninja was out there earlier putting in more trail. If anyone is interested we're starting at 8 and meeting in the parking lot off of Mill Plain Road. Take 84 East to Exit 1. Make a left and then another left onto Mill Plain Road. The parking lot is 50 yards after the light on the right. The sign says Farrington Woods. Go to the end of the road and lot is on the left. 3 hours or so.

Fahnestock 9:30 for a nice mix of pedal & tech. Pelton Pond lot is the spot. Its the first lot on the left after the TSP, has restrooms. If you go down the hill you'll see a lake on your right, youve gone 500 yards too far. Dont go down the hill.
