SMBA will be hosting the 2nd Annual Epic Ride from Pittstown to Grafton. Last years ride was so much fun weve decided to do it again!

Date: Saturday 7/25
Time: 10am start
Location: Pittstown State Forest
Main parking lot

The ride will start on the SMBA trails in Pittstown State Forest and then ascend into Grafton Lakes State Park. Well take a mid-ride break in Grafton that will be supported by the sag-wagon. Well ride the trails in Grafton, then descend into Pittstown and finish on the Pittstown trails. SMBA will be throwing a post-ride after party with BBQ and frosty beverages.

The ride will be approx 20 miles long with nearly 3K feet vertical. Well break into several groups based on ability. Bring plenty of water, snacks and energy. It will be a nice long ride!

There is no cost for participation in the ride, but donations to the club, or SMBA membership is greatly appreciated. Your support for the club is what gives us the ability to build & maintain kick@ss trails and host fun events like this!

sounds great! If I weren't doing the Wilderness 101 the next day, I'd be interested!

This is a very tough ride, technically and physically. I am a "maybe" depending on my schedule, but I really want to go. If I'm not quite fit enough, I will abbreviate part of the ride and leave out a couple of trails.
