Lets hope that the recent downturn in the housing market will put an end to this needless destruction of some awesome urban riding and hudson river access

That plan is crazy.

I was also checking out www.fokw.org.
They have a ton of info & impact studies.

All these big developers seem to be running the same scam.
They start out with a huge nasty 1,750 units.
Then they try to make it look like they are worried about the effects on the community, so they knock it down to 1,300 units and talk about green building, clustering, protecting the river, etc.

Canopy Corp. will pull the same B.S. at Williams Lake.
