Being a State Forest, they have limits on what markings can be used.
Once you find a trail off the dirt ("Dump") road that serves as an artery, most are marked by colored discs: blue, yellow, red.
Those trails marked "foot travel" are ok to bike.
You can explore on your own (see the map), or try and meet up with locals to familiarize yourself with the layout.
