The Greenway meeting at the Ulster town hall was very informative. The Greenway initiatives and mission were well received and supported by those in attendance. Several people spoke including myself, all in support of the Town of Ulster becoming a greenway community. The town is one of the last communities to adopt the Greenway community planning program. The Greenway program offers many incentives such as matching grants and regional planning assistance. There is a large focus on trails and open space, all in line with the FCBC mission.
