I'm looking to get a longer seat post, something like a 350mm. Are seat posts on generally all the same diameter? When I look at the posts it says things like 24.5 X 350mm, my guess is 24.5 is the offset and likewise the 350 being the length, am I right about the offset?
I have a C-dale super-V 900, just want to know about the diameter most importantly.
Thanks for the help. |

the 25.4 is the diameter and they come in all kinds of sizes
the most common size is a 27.2mm
you must match the diameter size for a proper fit.
lengths are also variable depending on the manufacturer
all you want to know about seat posts and more
