4 nights of backpacking in the West Canada Lakes Wilderness area in the Adirondacks. What an amazing area, just beautiful. Hiked about 30 miles and visited Cedar Lakes, West Canada Lake, South Lake, West Canada Creek, Samson Lake, Whitney Lake and Pillsbury Lake. So quite and really indescribable in words. We saw about a dozen hikers while up there...mostly people on the Northville Placid Trail.

Cool breeze....we hiked up Snowy Mtn last weekend. That's
about all the vertical climbing I could take....it was like a
death march. It was just a day trip though. ...any pix..??
