If anyone is interested, I have a 2004 Epic Comp FSR frame for sale. It's a medium (I am 5'7") and has the 90mm Fox shock with the Specialized Brain still attached. You know, that inertia valve thingie that locks it out until you hit a bump. I swear, it really does work well for XC riding.

I am including the seat post and the seat post clamp as well.

Average wear, cable rub marks, and a race or two on it. Pictures later. I have a rough idea of what I would like to get based on the last time I looked on fleabay.

Thanks,
Kevin

Bump it up for the sweet Epic Frame with "Brain" attached. Spring is here and it's time to ride Smile

I am seriously thinking about it. Does it take an odd size front derailleur or any s pecial parts? Harry

Hi Harry,

I am pretty sure that it takes a 34.9mm clamp. I switched the stock epic FD over to my hard tail that uses a 31.8mm clamp, and had to use a shim to get it to work. Oh yeah, bottom pull.

No weird parts needed. Like a good bike owner, I am almost absolutely positive I still have the manuals for it as well.

Thanks for the interest, take care,
Kevin
