Going to finish the Gap Jump and hit it up! I'll be there around 6. Basically all that is needed is some dirt moving and packing, rebuilding the bridge (need to use 2x4 or something similar near the end so if you don't clear the bridge there are strong planks to land on) and then just nailing the whole thing together! Should not be more than an hour or so of work.

Looks like I may have to wait on this for a couple of days. I have to do some site work so they can start the foundation of my house tomorrow!

Being that I am building a house right now I have very little $$ to get to the lift serviced placed with all the stunts...and since we have a place so close where we cn build...it's the next best thing!
Balancing the time between the house, fam and building/riding is getting hard though...

Word has it the Teeter Totter needs a little work over there.
If anyone has the ambition, I figure a good way to do that would be to use a couple of 4x4s for stringers (pressure treated if possible) and use u-bolts to fasten the stringers to the actual bar. Decking planks are easy to take care of from there.
Anyone have any thoughts on fixing that up properly? |
