Hit this today for the first time. Really nice trails which show a lot of planning and thoughtful execution. Little bit of a drive but I was out that way. Pretty sure they have a different climate in Liberty, it was freakin cold. I'll go back for sure.

I had a feeling this place used to be a ski area. Google Walnut Mtn ski Liberty NY for some cool pics and info.

yeah a bit of a hike to get to-but if you are out that way the trails are very fun and plentiful!

Remember that hunting is prohibited at Walnut Mt. The trails are in great shape. Check out the latest trail map here....

Just rode Walnut today after work. The trails are in really good condition. Miles and miles of fast flowy singletrack.
