Coming very soon, with limited space!!!

October 11th.

More details (e.g., location, time, etc.) coming soon.

Eli is one of us, she's going to be in NY for a limited time and I can tell you from personal experience that 1 clinic with her will improve your confidence on the bike, and skills. She really does things differently than other clinicians, including looking at your position and helping you make changes that stick and make things more comfortable.

pm or email me if you are interested and you have that date available!

Elinor's workshop on 10/11/2015

This workshop will help you progress your skills in a safe fun environment; It will take place at your local trails and will help you overcome obstacles you've been struggling with in the past.
You'll have the confidence and community to shred your local trails with.

During the clinic we'll cover:
Many self taught riders developed wrong body form that's holding them back from being able to progress and handle aggressive terrain at high speeds with confidence. Amazing how much progression can one make with the right coaching, years of experience compacted in to 2 hours session.
We'll learn correct body form, creating balance on the bike. A common mistake amongst riders is not knowing where to place their body in different types of terrain, we'll prefect that during the skills session as well as learning braking while maintaining control and flow. Front wheel lift and how to time it over obstacles.
Then we'll take a lunch break and we'll head out on the trail where we'll practice cornering.
we'll work on loose gravel open corners, berms and flowy trails. Learning how to corner well will be one of the most important skills to know, when you learn how to maintain your speed in the corners you get more flow, using less braking therefore less pedaling to compensate for the speed loss around the corners.
