Hi All, I'm new to the club. I discovered 909 and a love of single track mountain biking just last fall. I just wanted to say how incredibly grateful I am for this place and all of you who had a hand in creating those trails. It feels like a bit of heaven on earth!
I'd love to help out maintaining the trails as needed, just let me know. I even have some trail building tools! I'm there at least 4 nights a week lately either running or biking. I'm the tall skinny guy in the Sienna van.
I'm really interested in improving my skills, too. I am a beginner, riding a hardtail, but I'm very fit (so not slow) and they say riding with folks who are better than you is the best way to improve your skills. So far I've mostly been going it alone. |
