"news flash" HP is open according to the park rangers. I pulled in there the other day at the trail head parking lot on 9G and spoke with the ranger, he told me it is full access for mt.bikers. I was just wondering trail conditions. |

The HP trails are currently undergoing a review by National Park Service, and trails are not currently open to mtn bikes. The paved woods road is open to bikes. We wish the trails were as well, but while the park is reviewing trail users please be very sensitive to the issue of bikes on single track.
We are hopeful the trails will be open again in the near future. |
