I was stung by a bee Monday afternoon on the Mtn, (YKTO). And had to rush down a and take an ambulance to the ER. Very scary situation. I now carry an Epi Pen, and some more Benadryl. I had a few Benadryl's with me, good thing. But none the less, it got really ugly very fast. So even if your not allergic to bees, your body changes every day, carry something, just in case. They don't take up much space. And even if you don't use it on yourself, others might need it some time. Confused Confused

It would make sense to have some plans to deal with emergencies, and assist responders if needed...Lets have some ideas @ the 7/8 meeting (@ Harvest Cafe in New Paltz).

If you are out riding or running etc. the sting will be more drastic than when just sitting around. Glad you are ok. It is also true that the body changes over time with respect to allergins.
Do you know what kind of wasp or bee stung you?
