Check out the idiots at SCUL - the subversive chopper urban league. They make fleets of choppers and high bikes, and ride them all over boston. I've drank beer with them and they make some crazy snizzle.
Their site has some basic chopping instructions.

If anyone wants to get a chop shop going, count me in. All that's needed is a primative welder and some primative bikers. OH yes, and beer. |
