Just throwing this out there again...
next Sunday May 4th...we will be doing our
highway clean up on Rte 9D from Stony Kill to Rte I84. We
meet at the Stadium parking lot (Renegades Baseball). At 9am and it usually takes 2-3 hours tops. Then I will be heading up Mt Beacon for some sweet riding......any and all are invited. Razz Razz Razz

I know it's not fun to pick up garbage...but it is rewarding.
And why doesn't the club have a section of highway yet. I could get all the paper work done and plan everything for us. It costs
nothing , just three to four clean ups a year. And after the first initial
clean up. It's not that bad.
Just throw out some ideas for where (if) we would like to do it. Maybe by Onteora Lake on 28 or Jockey Hill on Rte 209...????

It is an excellent idea!
The problem is only about 5% of riders come out to do any work, and the same ones who always do would be stuck doing the highway clean-up if we commit as a club.
Unless, more people pitch in!
One more reason why we're hoping to get more club members...
... Please spread the gospel!

Plan way ahead, and I mean WAY AHEAD, and I can commit.

Best thing to do is form your own committee and get it done.
One of the best things about our club is the freedom to bring projects to the club for support.
Very Happy
