Closed to Mt. Bikers & hikers but open to 4 wheelers & dirt bikers?????
I drive by the trails everyday to & from work & the other day I saw 2 state troopers giving the green light for a group of 4 wheelers & dirt bikers to tear up the tracks? |

A little clarification on when and where would help...
Were they entering private or National Park Service property? From which access point. If you believe that their access was going to lead to NPS property, I would suggest a call to NPS, it's their jurisdiction. Even after the fact, you can call NPS to report.
Thanks. |

I've seen the cops do the same thing on Jockey Hill. Its a possibility that there were cops in the group of motorheads, it can be really frustrating sometimes. That being said, we just have to keep our heads up and do the right thing. _________________ Taking all types of medicines |

Confusing matters more is that there is a small section of private land off St. Andrews where they are not illegal.
This video is from the Berkshires:
