Gotcha😉 I have been unable to make the swap 2 years in a row because of work conflicts. Not any more, I'll hold onto them until next year unless someone throws out another suggestion.

It was a couple years ago since I explored the trail that rides up from the lower lot. At the time it was overgrown in places and in need of rehabilitation. How is it now, is it rideable?

909 is a possible destination today, does anyone know if the trails are too soft? Frost and even icy patches would be excellent if it's still there.
